Five months after somehow losing to Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton today reflected on the biggest political upset in living memory.
‘I suppose I was just a bad candidate’, she told the New York Times in a wide-ranging interview.
‘My connection to Goldman Sachs put a lot of people off, my e-mail scandal made me look a little bit corrupt, and I somehow forgot to appeal to the millions of working class Americans who felt left behind by globalisation’
‘I made mistakes’
Mrs. Clinton also revealed her plans for a possible 2020 run, having recently met with Wall Street backers to discuss campaign financing.
