Rhodri Philipps, the 4th Viscount St Davids, appeared in court today, having been accused of making malicious communications ‘of a menacing character’ towards anti-Brexit campaigner Gina Miller.
In what was described as a ‘menacing’ Facebook post, Viscount Philipps is alleged to have offered ‘£5000 for the first person to ‘accidentally’ run over this bloody troublesome first generation immigrant’
It continued: ‘If this is what we should expect from immigrants, send them back to their stinking jungles’
During a hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, the Viscount pleaded not guilty to three charges of making malicious communications.
The case is expected to go to trial on June 10th.
