Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has described Eternal President of North Korea Kim Jong-Il as ‘a loveable rogue who has been grossly misrepresented by the media’.
Speaking to the Guardian, Mr. Corbyn said:
‘I actually met him once at a Communist Party rally in China. I found him to be very charming, and nothing like the madman the media wanted us all to believe’.
‘Yes, he threatened to destroy the west, and turn the world into radioactive ash, but he did it in a roguish way. And that makes it all okay’.
This news comes just days after Theresa May describe Mussolini as ‘the bad boy we all loved to hate’.
