US Ambassador to North Korea Dennis Rodman has given Glorious Leader Kim Jong-Un a copy of Pride and Prejudice in an attempt to improve diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Speaking at a Pyongyang press conference, Ambassador Rodman said:
‘This classic English novel will make great bedtime reading for the Supreme Leader, and will hopefully put him in a more positive frame of mind when it comes to nuclear disarmament’.
‘Would someone who’s just read Jane Austen be prepared to push the button?’
‘I don’t think so’.
This news comes after Donald Trump reportedly sent President Assad a copy of Wuthering Heights, hoping to persuade the Syrian leader to stop bombing civilians.
