Billionaire businessman Richard Branson has said a hard Brexit would be ‘absolutely and utterly mad’, and called last year’s referendum result ‘one of the saddest things that’s ever happened to Britain and to Europe’.

‘I want to weep, and I think almost every single entrepreneur and business person wants to weep too’.

However, Mr. Branson did concede that ‘we’ve just got to get on and deal with it’, and called on the business community to put ‘pressure on governments and knock some sense into their heads’.

  1. He’s quite right. The only people who voted out were the Establishment (Let’s have our Empire back) and silly at-the-bottom rascists along with shady Businessmen who want to avoid laws that prevent them from doing “their worst” to rip the Public off.
