Tony Blair has continued to build up his property empire, with the purchase of a £5 million London office space, his first commercial property, after previously buying 38 homes since leaving office.
This takes the value of his portfolio to an estimated £38 million, having seen the value of many of his properties increase exponentially in recent years.
A London townhouse bought for £3.6m in 2004 is now said to be worth £9.6m.
A Buckinghamshire manor house bought for £5.75m in 2008 is now worth £10.5m.
Mr. Blair also owns ten flats in Manchester, and fourteen flats in Stockport, as a buy-to-let investment.
