‘Crimes against women can be from any community’, says Jeremy Corbyn

Jeremy Corbyn has responded to the Newcastle grooming scandal, saying:

‘Child exploitation is wrong. Child abuse is wrong. It is a crime, and it has to be dealt with’

‘But you cannot blame an entire community, an entire nation or an entire ethnic community. You have to deal with it for the crime of what it is’.

‘Those who perpetrate disgusting crimes against people can be from any community. They can be white, they can be black, they can be from any community’.

‘Much crime is committed by white people, crime is committed by people of other communities as well. I think it is wrong to designate an entire community as the problem’.

‘Young women can be groomed by all kinds of people’.

  1. Yes , Jeremy, anyone could commit these offences against women. But? So specific? Vulnerable girls? Only one common denominator amongst the assailants? Are you really so naive? I don’t think you are, I think you are defending something that is WAY Y Y out of your league. These people are manipulators of the first order. And you are their sap. A front man, a public face. Face it, you are being used . . .
